DS Achieve will be at the SEND Health Conference on Tuesday 11th October.

This event is hosted by HCT's Public Health Nursing service  and the theme of the conference is 'Tackling health inequalities, and the importance of early intervention'.

The conference includes an exciting programme of guest speakers as well as displays from organisations working in the early years health & wellbeing sector.
