SUZANNE LATRE

Charity Director

Suzanne is a charity leader with experience in organisational development, fundraising, community programmes and team leadership.

Before joining DS Achieve, Suzanne founded and led Spokz People CIC, an organisation supporting disabled adults and offering them flexible and tailored mental health solutions. She helped double its annual revenue, secured grant funding including National Lottery funding, developed new programmes and partnerships, and built its operational systems.

Suzanne was also a Director of Nurture the Children International UK, a charity focused on helping children in many parts of the world thrive where she managed volunteers, organised fundraising events and developed community initiatives, including a pop-up café in partnership with Camden Council.

She has a background in law, conflict resolution and counselling. At DS Achieve, she leads the organisation's strategic and operational development, working with the Board, team, families and professionals to support the charity's growth and impact.

FIONA FORSTER

Operations Manager

Fiona is responsible for the management of DS Achieve's day-to-day operations, including leading our team and delivery of our services.

Fiona’s background is in office and project management and she worked in the software industry for many years before more recently working at a startup coaching business.

Fiona is a mum of two boys and when she’s not busy ferrying them both to activities and clubs, she is often found out cycling, at the gym or hiding away somewhere with a book. Her family’s favourite place is the Isles of Scilly, just off the coast of Cornwall, where the beaches look like photos of the Caribbean but the sea feels like the Arctic!
