Do you ever struggle to prioritise your own needs whilst caring for your family?
Does balancing everything sometimes feel overwhelming?
Do thoughts about the future feel daunting?
If any of this resonates with you, join us at the first trial session of our brand new Parent Wellbeing service taking place on Thursday 27th March, 10-11:30am in the Kentish Room at St Stephens Church Hall, AL1 2PT.

Spaces are limited and bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Bookings will close at the end of the day on Thursday 20th March..
