DS Achieve’s Empowerment Group is a programme of activities which is carefully designed to give parents/carers the opportunity to take a break from usual life and to focus on their wellbeing.

We recognise that we, as parents/carers, can find it difficult to have time for and focus on ourselves. It is proven that the better we feel about ourselves, the better we deal with what life throws at us.

DS Achieve is delighted to offer this fantastic way for you to focus on relaxation and benefit from some 'me time' while enjoying a spa experience with Temple Spa.

The event will involve a 45 minute session with up to two groups which will look at relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, and using complimentary products.  While one group is with the therapist, the other group will be able to enjoy drinks, nibbles and chat in a separate area.  There will also be time after the spa sessions have ended for further refreshments and social time.

Spa experiences are great fun, informative and it’s an opportunity to try some lovely products with zero pressure to buy.
