At DS Achieve, we would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone at Hitchin Town Youth FC for their fantastic fundraising for World Down Syndrome Day 2023.
We have received an amazing £250 donation into our account, of which every penny will go towards our work with families and professionals to enable children and young people with Down Syndrome to fulfil their potential.
