DS Achieve is pleased to offer a bespoke SEND Law training event for parents/carers, delivered by IPSEA (Independent Parental Special Education Advice). 

The course is parents and carers of children and young people with Down Syndrome who have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in place.

The topics to be covered are:

¨ Ceasing to maintain an EHC Plan

¨ Challenging decisions

¨ Transport

¨ Exclusion

¨ Social Care
