We wanted to share an update about two much-loved members of our Little Achievers team, who will both be moving on to new opportunities over the coming months.
After an incredible eight years with DS Achieve, Sandra will be leaving her role with Little Achievers at the end of this term to pursue a new career in counselling.
Sandra has been part of Little Achievers from the very beginning and has played a significant role in shaping the group into what it is today. So many of our families have known Sandra for years, and we know her departure will be felt by everyone across the group . We are incredibly grateful for everything she has given to the children and parents, past and present, and we know she has made a difference for so many.
We are delighted that Sandra will continue to be involved with us through our Resources into Schools service, where we will still have the pleasure of working with her as part of the wider team.
Emma will also be leaving DS Achieve at the end of this half term, after two wonderful years with Little Achievers, to take up a new role in another SEN setting.
Emma has been a fantastic support to our children and families, and we are very grateful for all she has brought to the group. We know she will be greatly missed and wish her every success and happiness in her next chapter.
We will shortly begin recruiting for both roles to ensure Little Achievers can continue to provide its usual support to children and families. If you or someone you know may be interested in joining our team, we would love to hear from you.
We will also make sure there is an opportunity for families to thank Sandra and Emma and say goodbye before they leave.
A huge thank you to both Sandra and Emma for everything they have given to Little Achievers and the wider DS Achieve community. We wish them both all the very best for the future.
