We’re looking for a warm, friendly and proactive Support Worker to join our fantastic Little Achievers team, supporting children with Down Syndrome aged 0-5 and their families.

The programme includes a weekly teaching class led by a Specialist Teacher, Stay and Play activities, Sing and Sign using Makaton, and opportunities to work alongside visiting professionals including Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a small team to help deliver our weekly sessions. You’ll help prepare the venue and resources, welcome families, engage with children through play, stories and developmental activities, support our Sing and Sign sessions and help create a friendly, inclusive environment for everyone.
We’re looking for someone with experience of working with early years children and a genuine interest in supporting children with SEND and their families. Most importantly, you’ll be warm, welcoming, a good communicator and someone who is happy to pitch in and help wherever needed.
